Amanda D. SappAttorney
Amanda D. Sapp is an attorney in HARDEN JACKSON’S Adoption and Reproductive Law Practice Group. Ms. Sapp assists intended parents, gestational surrogates, sperm donors and egg donors with their legal reproductive matters. Ms. Sapp has worked with individuals and couples on a number of gestational surrogacy agreements, known and unknown egg donor agreements, sperm donor agreements, and parentage documents establishing parentage through the courts.
Ms. Sapp is a graduate from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science and worked as a nurse at Methodist Hospital for over 7 years. In 2011, Ms. Sapp graduated in the top of her class from University of Indianapolis with a Master of Science in Nursing. Ms. Sapp completed a year-long fellowship through Indiana University Heath focusing on medical ethics where she completed research to be published in academic journals.
In 2012, Ms. Sapp received her Juris Doctor from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Indianapolis. Ms. Sapp concentrated her studies on health law and was a member of the Health Law Society. Ms. Sapp has also been certified by the Indiana Supreme Court as a registered public policy mediator. Prior to joining Harden Jackson, Ms. Sapp worked for a law firm as a legal nurse consultant.
Ms. Sapp is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and American Nursing Association. She is an avid Notre Dame fan and enjoys spending time with her husband and her son when she is not practicing law.
